I'm really pleased with this idea. It's probably my favourite looking canapé at the moment and definitely the best tasting. Just three simple ingredients.........Morcilla ( very similar to our black pudding, but with rice and a little spice! ), streaky bacon and a quails egg. Delicious and very sexy looking!
